In SQL 2012, it's not called BIDS. It is referred to as MS SQL Data Tools. If you installed SQL 2012, even the trial, you should see it under the directory All Programs > Microsoft SQL Server 2012 > SQL Server Data Tools. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Yup, the 2012 stuff is a little different than the stuff you went through in Foundation. I did a webinar on 2012 tools although I focused mostly on SSMS, I do talk about the change: http://pragmaticworks.com/Resources/webinars/WebinarSummary.aspx?ResourceID=437
