HelpMe: Load data in to SalesForce.com(SFDC)

Hi Guys,

Here is my requirement i want to load data member associated data from membersales (8 Tables) (SQL) to Salesforce.com

--Member sales to sfdc integration will send delta(change) records to SFDC.

--The members sales to sfdc integration will utlize exixting SFDC webservice API.

--ErrorHandling for Member SAles to SFDC integration will be handled through emailnotifications to a specfied admin..

And i got one WDSL(XML) file also ( Which Contains 8 tables information)..

So My question is Anybody Please Help me how to go with this task and what are the components do i need..

It would easy to load with task factory. It has a salesforce destination. There is a free version of task factory on pragmaticworks.com
